Digital Delivery and No-Shipping Policy

1. No physical shipping

Accordingly, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, shipping rates, and physical delivery addresses do not apply unless a separate written agreement expressly includes a physical product.

2. Order and project confirmation

After payment clears, we will confirm the scope and may request information, content, account access, brand materials, approvals, or a kickoff meeting. Payment alone does not start the delivery schedule unless the written scope has also been confirmed.

3. Delivery methods

Depending on the service, work may be delivered through email, secure file-sharing links, cloud folders, collaboration or project-management platforms, website staging links, publishing to client-authorized accounts, or another electronic method agreed in writing.

4. Delivery schedule

The applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, package description, or written scope confirmation will state or govern the delivery schedule. Any date not expressly guaranteed in writing is an estimate. The schedule begins after cleared payment, scope confirmation, and receipt of required client materials and access.

5. Client-caused delays

Late content, incomplete instructions, inaccessible accounts, delayed feedback, approval changes, or other missing client cooperation will extend the schedule reasonably. Such delays do not constitute nondelivery.

6. Review and acceptance

Please inspect deliverables promptly. Unless a written scope states otherwise, notify us of a material scope-related defect within five business days after delivery. A deliverable is accepted when you approve it in writing, publish or use it, or do not report a material scope-related defect within that review period.

7. Delivery problems

If a link expires, a file is corrupted, access credentials fail, or you cannot retrieve a deliverable, contact us at hello@askonstantinou.com or +1 (786) 397-9839. We will reasonably resend or restore access to completed deliverables when available.

8. Physical items by special agreement

If a separately signed agreement includes printing, merchandise, signage, or another physical item, the specific agreement will state the shipping method, charges, delivery estimate, risk of loss, and return terms. This website policy otherwise applies only to digital services.
